Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address for authentication. We store the resume content you upload and the job descriptions you paste, along with the AI-generated optimization results.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the service — parsing your resume, running optimizations, and displaying results. We do not use your resume to train AI models.

Third parties

We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic's API to run AI optimizations. Each is bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data retention

Your resumes and optimizations are stored until you delete them. You can delete individual optimizations or entire resumes from your dashboard at any time.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Resume files are stored in a private storage bucket inaccessible without authentication. Passwords are not stored — we use magic links and OAuth.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can delete your data at any time from the dashboard. To request full account deletion, email us at support@optimizer.app and we will remove all your data within 30 days.
